Role: Ideation | Creative Direction & Strategy
UKG’s demand generation team was having issues connecting material with sales and worse, they weren’t expanding attendees for webinars.
I was tasked creatively to close the gap and stand out in a sea of sameness when it came to corporate webinars. We flaunted our influential leadership by bringing in high production value (over the usual “zoom” conference call experience) and added art directed themes to elevate the experience.
We doubled registrations and attendees and brought in over $3.3 million in annual recurring revenue.

We switched it up in this Exclusive by partnering our long-form interview with quick hits on the topics we were about to dive into.
Each Exclusive would have an artistic yet informational open to pull our viewers in and let them know that this experience would be different.

For our premiere UKG Exclusive, we wanted to bring a theater-like experience where we opened the live recording with a filmesque opening credit sequence.

Our set was carefully art directed with theater elements from curtains to popcorn makers to edison bulbs. We also promoted with organic social posts, movie poster GIFs and sent out premiere invitations to prospective clients along with a bucket of candy.
