Role: Ideation | Creative Direction & Strategy

UKG’s demand generation team was having issues connecting material with sales and worse, they weren’t expanding registrations and attendees for webinars.

I was tasked creatively to close the gap with another designer and copywriter to change the game. We flaunted our influential leadership by bringing in high production value to the usual “zoom” conference call experiences of the past and added art directed themes to elevate the experience.

We doubled registrations and attendees and brought in over $3.3 million in annual recurring revenue.

For our premiere UKG Exclusive, we wanted to bring a theater-like experience where we opened the live recording with a filmesque opening credit sequence.

Our set was carefully art directed with theater elements from curtains to popcorn makers to edison bulbs. We also promoted with organic social posts, movie poster GIFs and sent out premiere invitations to prospective clients along with a bucket of candy.
